Paid subscribers can manage cancellation through the Stripe billing portal from the account billing page.
Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period. Cloud transcription access can continue until the period ends if the entitlement remains active.
Unused credits do not roll over and are not converted to cash value in MVP1.
Subscription charges are not automatically refundable after a billing period begins.
Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate charges, fraud, billing errors or clear product access failures.
A full refund ends paid cloud transcription access for the refunded subscription period.
A failed payment starts a 2-day payment tolerance window. If billing is not resolved in that window, cloud transcription can be restricted until entitlement is reconciled.
Billing questions should include account email, invoice date, plan and the Stripe receipt identifier when available.
